    1. Managed EDI Services Developer

    Location: Stow, Ohio

    Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days per week in-office)

    Role & Responsibilities

    • Trading Partner Onboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding/off boarding. Create trading partner profiles, envelopes, and translate data across formats like X12, EDIFACT and XML.
    • System Integration: Design file and integration specifications and develop custom maps to seamlessly integrate data to and from customer specific ERP applications based on those specifications.
    • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide production support for failed transactions. Monitor system dashboards, investigate translation failures, and implement permanent fixes.

    Qualifications

    • Experience: 1 to 3 years of designing, coding, and maintaining complex EDI maps, adapters, and Business Processes using GENTRAN or the Sterling Integrator Map Editor
    • EDI Standards: Proficiency in standard EDI transaction sets (e.g., 810, 850, 856, 860, etc.)
    • Technical Skills: Familiarity with MicroSoft applications and environments SQL
    • Communication: Ability to report and explain complex technical EDI issues, project progress, processing issues, fixes and project status to management and co-workers in a timely and professional manner.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience

      Salary Range $65,000 – $85,000

      2. Managed EDI Services Project leader

      Location: Stow, Ohio

      Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days per week in-office)

      Role & Responsibilities

      • Client Management: Manage EDI projects and tasks for multiple clients simultaneously, assign tasks to team members, coordinate and report status to Clients and Promethean management on a regular basis
      • Implementations: Design, code and manage new customer conversions onto the Promethean platform as well as design, code and implement custom integrations requirements.
      • Trading Partner Onboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding/off-boarding. Create trading partner profiles, envelopes, and translate data across formats like X12, EDIFACT and XML.
      • System Integration: Design file and integration specifications and develop custom maps to seamlessly integrate data to and from customer specific ERP applications based on those specifications.
      • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide production support for failed transactions. Monitor system dashboards, investigate translation failures, and implement permanent fixes.

      Qualifications

      • Technical Experience: 3 to 5 years of designing, coding, and maintaining complex EDI maps, adapters, and Business Processes using GENTRAN or the Sterling Integrator Map Editor
      • Project Lead Experience: 1 to 3 years of leading complex projects, working and delegating tasks to other team members to achieve the desired successful outcome
      • EDI Standards: Proficiency in standard EDI transaction sets (e.g., 810, 850, 856, 860, etc.)
      • Technical Skills: Familiarity with MicroSoft applications and environments SQL
      • Communication: Ability to report and explain complex technical EDI issues, project progress, processing issues, fixes and project status to management and co-workers in a timely and professional manner.
      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience

        Salary Range $75,000 – $95,000
